Your projects stay with you

LogixTrack keeps the version history of your projects on your computer, or on a share you choose. Project files, logic and tag data are never sent to us.

What we process

• Purchase: Lemon Squeezy processes your name, e-mail, billing address and payment as merchant of record and shares the order (name, e-mail, licence key) with us so we can provide the licence.
• Activation: when a computer is activated or deactivated, we receive the licence key, a machine code (a one-way hash of the Windows installation ID, not reversible to it) and the computer name. We keep which computers a key is active on, for as long as the licence exists.
• Web site: the site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps technical access logs (IP address, time). We use no analytics and no advertising cookies.

The legal basis is the performance of the licence contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in preventing licence misuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to the address above. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission (Ireland).
