Refunds

Our programs have a trial with all features (LogixTrack: 30 days), so you can check that it works with your projects before you buy.

If a program does not work for you after the purchase, write to [email protected] within 14 days of the purchase with the order number, and we will refund it; the licence key is then disabled. Refunds are paid by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.

Consumers in the EU have a right of withdrawal from contracts for digital content; by activating LogixTrack right after the purchase you ask for it to be provided at once and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends with that. The 14-day refund above applies regardless.
